Senior Product Manager, Perfusion System Platform

Overview
In this role you will drive the strategy and commercial success of the perfusion system platform within the Upstream and Fluid Management team. You will lead cross-functional efforts from concept to commercialization, shaping portfolio strategy and market adoption. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions that enable life-sciences customers to scale and impact patient outcomes. This is an on-site, globally relevant role with opportunities to influence regulated life sciences product development.
Responsibilities- Own strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the perfusion system platform
- Lead roadmap development, gather customer insights, and build business cases to prioritize investments
- Coordinate cross-functional execution from concept to commercialization with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
- Develop portfolio and offering strategies to optimize positioning, adoption, and global utilization
- Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, regulatory, and commercial governance
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Experience in product management or product commercialization
- Knowledge of product management lifecycle, market trends, NPI process, and quality investigations
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Proven communication skills across all organizational levels
- Travel ability around 25% travel (domestic/international)
