- Lead cross-functional launches with marketing, sales, and support to ensure impact
- Identify and prevent roadblocks early to maintain delivery velocity
- Rally and align teams around a clear plan in a fast-moving SaaS context
- Product Manager experience in a SaaS organisation
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Ability to rally cross-functional teams around a plan
- Passion for user experience and comfort with technical details
- Experience with containerised platforms (Kubernetes), databases, and observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
