Senior Product Owner - DevOps and DevCMO Performance

As Senior Product Owner, you will define and drive the vision and roadmap for performance and operational intelligence tools serving Development Operations and DevCMO. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate priorities into a prioritized backlog, deliver intuitive dashboards, and enable data-driven decisions in a regulated environment. • Own and refine the product vision and roadmap for performance and operational intelligence tools across Development Operations and DevCMO
• Translate priorities into a clear backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead agile delivery teams comprising engineering, design, and data
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across DO, DevCMO, Technology and senior leadership
• Deliver dashboards and tools that provide actionable insights and support better decision-making
• Embed governance, quality, and compliance in product delivery within regulated environments

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, life sciences, or product management
• Significant experience in product ownership or product management with end-to-end lifecycle responsibility
• Proven leadership of agile delivery teams and backlog management
• Experience with data, analytics, or reporting solutions informing product decisions
• Experience delivering products in regulated environments with quality, validation, and compliance understanding
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence senior cross-functional teams
