Senior Production Support Analyst

Support Citi’s business-critical data platforms using SQL and ITRS Geneos in a hybrid, globally distributed operation. Apply engineering-focused production expertise across 24×6 coverage.

As a Senior Production Support Analyst in Securities Services, you will support DCP applications, reporting platforms, and client-facing financial systems. The work combines incident management, platform monitoring, automation, and controlled technology change. You will contribute to modernisation involving cloud data lakes, client migration, and consolidated data services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver L2 incident triage, investigation, escalation, and resolution
• Coordinate platform checks, monitoring, handovers, and ServiceNow communication
• Manage client-impacting incident communication with internal stakeholders
• Drive problem management to remove recurring root causes
• Support automation, observability, change, and release activities

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in application support, production management, or platform operations
• Administrator-level ITRS Geneos monitoring and alerting experience
• SQL proficiency across relational and cloud databases
• ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management experience
• Practical Shell or Python scripting ability
