Senior Property Accountant – Real Estate Portfolio

vaco is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties within our Real Estate Services team. You will produce monthly financial statements, test variances, and ensure GST/HST compliance and timely remittance.

In this hybrid role in Canada, you will monitor cash flows, oversee accounts payable/receivable, annual operating costs, and assist with year-end adjustments and tenant billings. Collaboration with management and clients is essential.
