The Senior Proposal Writer and Content Manager develops, manages, and improves proposal content assets. This role supports complex pursuits through SME engagement, content governance, and technical writing. It translates technical concepts into compelling client-facing language while strengthening submission quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write technical, management, operational, and executive proposal responses
• Conduct SME interviews and develop evaluator-focused content
• Create win themes, discriminators, proof points, and value propositions
• Maintain proposal libraries, resumes, case studies, and project profiles
• Develop AI-ready repositories, prompt libraries, and reusable workflows

Requirements:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with five-plus years’ experience
• Proposal and RFP experience of three to five years
• Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-facing language
• Content management and knowledge-management experience
