Overview
As a ProServe Cloud Architect, you design and implement tailored AWS cloud solutions that align with customer business outcomes. You will influence the sales process, guiding customers and delivery teams to create feasible, scalable architectures. You act as a trusted technical advisor on trends and new technologies, sharing knowledge and artifacts to improve our practice. This role blends architectural leadership with hands-on collaboration to maximize CBOs and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Design complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions, estimates, and proposals to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs)
- Provide technical guidance and best practices during sales and implementation phases
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts to improve processes
- Experience as technical specialist in design and architecture
- Experience in databases (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis)
- Experience in consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions
- Experience in software development with object oriented language
- Experience in cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system
- Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
