The Role

This is a pivotal engineering role within our core product team. You'll design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and cloud-native solutions, working closely with our infrastructure, data, and AI teams. You'll have genuine ownership of your work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

All of the following are mandatory for this role:

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience , with a strong track record delivering production-grade applications
• Strong proficiency in both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , including deploying and managing cloud infrastructure at scale
• Deep expertise in serverless architecture , specifically AWS Lambda and S3 storage, including design patterns, performance optimisation, and cost management
• Practical experience working with AI large language models such as OpenAI's ChatGPT or Anthropic's Claude, whether through API integration, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted product development
• A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline
