Overview
In this role, you will join Lendable’s Central Operations to design and ship features that empower ops teams across Cards, Loans and Motor. You will build internal web apps and automations, partnering with Product, Data Science and Analytics to apply AI where it adds value. You’ll own engineering outcomes that scale operational workflows and improve customer outcomes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a real impact on efficiency and quality at a fast‑growing fintech.

- Build internal-facing web apps and automation to scale operations
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deploy AI solutions
- Improve ops tooling (tracking, QA, automation) and UX
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
- Work in a product-focused, collaborative team across multiple core products
- Solid experience with Python in a web application context
- Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask (FastAPI used)
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern JS framework (React, Angular or Vue.js; React & NextJS used)
- Strong engineering principles: design patterns, testing, clean code, code review
- Previous experience in a product-focused team
- Keen to learn and collaborate in a highly collaborative environment
- Interest in Generative AI and LLMs (actual experience a plus)
