Senior Python Full Stack Engineer

In this role you will blend hands-on Python development with production support to ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of critical systems. You will work within cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and optimise deployments in cloud environments. • Provide L2/L3 production support for Python-based applications
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and conduct root cause analysis
• Drive incident resolution, problem management, and continual service improvement
• Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical design
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimisation
• Support automated testing, code reviews, and release processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Ops, Product)
• Design and support cloud solutions on AWS and Azure
• Utilise Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation
• Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
• Ensure security, scalability, and resilience of cloud-based systems
• Develop or support UI components using React and Angular
• Ensure seamless front-end to back-end integration
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve user experience

• Strong hands-on Python experience (5+ years preferred)
• Proven production/support environment experience
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk)
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
