This senior IT Quality position supports Equities Electronic Trading technology. You will shape automation architecture, testing strategy, and quality practices across the software development lifecycle. The work includes Cucumber, Docker, Openshift, CI/CD pipelines, and trading systems such as Lightspeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Python, and Cucumber
  • Define automation strategy aligned with technology roadmaps
  • Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Oversee quality assurance for critical trading systems
  • Coach junior team members and influence quality practices

Requirements:

  • Five to eight years in an IT Quality role
  • Expert proficiency in Java and Python
  • Deep hands-on experience with Cucumber and BDD frameworks
  • Strong Docker and Openshift expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of the FIX protocol
