Overview
In this hands-on Senior QA Automation Engineer role, you shape and own the automation strategy across Web, Mobile, and Microservices APIs within cloud environments. You will embed quality standards, mentor peers, and collaborate with developers to improve code quality and test coverage. Expect to drive testing strategy, contribute to CI/CD, and address non-functional testing such as performance and security. This role offers impact by elevating automation maturity and delivering scalable quality solutions.
Responsibilities- Automation Leadership: design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API services
- Testing Strategy & CI/CD: promote TDD/BDD, run non-functional testing (Performance, Security/OWASP), and integrate tests into CI/CD
- Engineering Standards: review backlogs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with developers on code quality and unit testing
- RestAssured API testing
- Playwright (Java)
- Selenium (Java)
- 6+ years in QA automation across Web, Mobile, and REST APIs
