About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with a focus on Automation to strengthen their quality assurance team in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand software design and anticipate potential issues.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and continuously improve testing processes and tools.
• Perform various types of testing, including regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on test automation .
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for automation scripting.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira), and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
