Senior QA Test Lead Automation

Lead manual and automated quality assurance testing with Selenium and test strategy expertise in a hybrid schedule requiring office attendance two or three days weekly.

This Senior Systems Testing and QA Specialist serves as a Quality Lead and Test Lead for software delivery. The work includes guiding QA engineers, applying SDLC and QA methodologies, and coordinating testing across front-end and back-end environments. You will develop test plans, test cases, and reusable automation scripts while supporting Agile and DevOps practices. The assignment emphasizes reliable software products and clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manual and automated quality assurance testing efforts
• Develop strategies, plans, scripts, and test cases
• Design reusable Selenium, Appium, or Katalon automation scripts
• Evaluate results against acceptance criteria and document defects
• Report testing progress, risks, defects, and completion status

Requirements:

• 10+ years organizing and implementing testing efforts
• Experience creating and executing test strategies and plans
• Experience across functional, regression, integration, and accessibility testing
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
