Senior QA Test Lead – Digital Telephony & Public Services

DWP Digital is seeking a Senior QA Tester to help modernise UK Government digital telephony services. You will lead a team of testers, define test strategy, and oversee testing across functional and non-functional domains to ensure high quality releases.

In this role you’ll drive testing activities, coordinate system and acceptance tests, and provide clear guidance to stakeholders. You will work with development teams to diagnose faults, apply shift-left practices, and estimate work for the
