Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Key Responsibilities

• Quadient Inspire Development
  • Design, develop, validate, and maintain communication templates and forms using Quadient Inspire Designer.
  • Build dynamic and scalable communication solutions using Interactive and Scalar components.
  • Develop and optimize Quadient workflows and output generation processes.
• Migration & Modernization
  • Lead and support migration initiatives from OpenText/legacy CCM platforms to Quadient Inspire.
  • Analyze legacy templates and transform them into scalable Quadient-based solutions.
• Solution Design & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure communication templates comply with branding, regulatory, and accessibility standards.
• Quality & Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to templates, workflows, and output generation.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and performance of deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in the CCM (Customer Communications Management) domain.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Quadient Inspire suite.
• Proven experience in migration projects, especially from OpenText or other legacy CCM platforms.
• Expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive & Scalar components.
