Apply senior software quality assurance expertise in a provisionally hybrid assignment focused on manual and automated testing. Work 7.25 hours daily, Monday to Friday.

This Senior Systems Analyst assignment requires at least five years of software quality assurance and testing experience in an Agile or SDLC environment. You will develop test plans, execute functional and integration testing, analyze defects, and report results. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations supports the required ERP and CRM testing focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test plans and cases from requirements and user stories
  • Execute manual and automated functional, integration, and system tests
  • Review logs and queues to analyze potential defects
  • Document bugs, test results, and testing artifacts
  • Escalate critical quality issues to the project manager

Requirements:

  • At least five years of software quality assurance experience
  • Agile or SDLC testing environment experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O testing experience
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Azure TFS, APIs, and automation tools
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Use quality assurance, Dynamics 365, automation, and defect management expertise to validate complex enterprise systems.
