Senior React Node.js Developer

Build enterprise-scale SaaS interfaces with React and Node.js in Downtown Toronto or Brampton, working onsite two to three days initially.

This Senior Fullstack Engineer contract develops JavaScript and TypeScript applications for a consumer business client. You will create reliable, maintainable software while supporting evolving business and customer needs. The work includes React, Node.js, NestJS, RESTful APIs, and Google Cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop JavaScript and TypeScript single-page applications using React
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces with HTML5 and CSS3
• Develop Node.js and NestJS services integrating external APIs
• Maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend integrations
• Write automated tests and improve application reliability

Requirements:

• Five or more years developing JavaScript and TypeScript
• Three or more years developing React applications
• Three or more years developing Node.js applications
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API architecture
• Agile and Scrum collaboration experience
