Senior Real Estate Property Accountant (Hybrid, Toronto)

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Senior Property Accountant in Toronto to strengthen its real estate finance team. You will produce monthly/quarterly financial statements, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and support lease accounting using Yardi.

The role requires CPA designation or equivalent experience, 5+ years in property accounting, and strong Excel skills. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, complete year-end adjustments, and timely client
