Your experience will contribute to developing consistent valuation methodologies and governance practices, ensuring all activities align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead complex valuation assignments for property acquisitions • Develop and improve valuation methodologies and procedures • Oversee appraisal assignments and external service provider performance • Critically assess and review appraisal reports and analyses • Provide valuation advice during negotiations and settlement processes
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in business, real estate, or related field • 8+ years in real property valuation or appraisal review • Member of Appraisal Institute of Canada or equivalent • Strong knowledge of Québec real estate markets • Bilingual proficiency in French and English
