Senior Real Property Valuation Advisor – Québec

Alto seeks a Senior Advisor, Real Property Valuation, to provide strategic valuation leadership for the Québec acquisition program. You will oversee appraisal work, review external reports, and deliver defensible valuation advice to support negotiations and settlements.

You will help develop consistent methodologies and quality assurance while collaborating with Legal, Finance and Project Delivery to navigate complex expropriation matters.
