Blitzoo is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer in Canada to own the backend for real-time multiplayer casino gameplay across three live products. You will set technical direction, own the end-to-end system health, and drive architectural decisions beyond backlog delivery.

Responsibilities include leading the WebSocket/Akka-based realtime layer, payments integrations with Paysafe and WorldPay, and cross-product infrastructure stewardship, all while mentoring the team.
