Senior Reliability Engineer - Platform Uptime (Remote)

NMI is building a mature Reliability Engineering function and seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement reliability frameworks, tooling, and guardrails that improve uptime and observability. You will lead hands-on work across multiple services, mentor engineers, and help foster a culture of engineered reliability with strong ownership and delivery discipline.

The role emphasizes production-grade systems, cloud deployments (AWS), and observability improvements, with a remote-first
