Senior Requirements Engineer

As part of the Engineering team, you will oversee requirements management across multi-discipline projects for defence infrastructure, ensuring compliance with modern standards. You will shape interface management between engineering teams and contribute to governance reviews. Your work supports project engineers and managers, driving timely, compliant deliverables. This role offers exposure to high-regulation environments and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in delivering safe, reliable systems for critical infrastructure.

• Manage requirements and acceptance processes across multi-discipline projects
• Produce and maintain detailed requirement specifications
• Lead interface management between engineering teams
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process systems
• Utilise requirements management software effectively
• Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with expert guidance
• Conduct regular project governance reviews
• Assess technical deliverables from consultants and contractors

• Degree in a relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer (or working towards)

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Confident engaging with stakeholders of all levels
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with PLM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter)
• IBM DOORS/Dimensions RM or similar tools
