Senior Responsible AI Engineer

Lead responsible AI engineering at McKesson in hybrid Mississauga, Ontario, using Python, machine learning, and Generative AI expertise.

As Senior AI/ML Engineer, RAIB, you will develop, evaluate, govern, and operationalize production AI solutions. The work combines machine learning engineering with model governance, risk management, explainability, and secure deployment. You will help shape McKesson's AI engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning solutions
• Evaluate predictive models, LLMs, and Generative AI applications
• Conduct fairness, bias, and disparate impact assessments
• Develop explainability capabilities using SHAP, LIME, and model cards
• Implement monitoring, drift detection, observability, and AI risk controls

Requirements:

• Seven or more years supporting production machine learning solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
• Python, CI/CD, and CLI or scripting tool experience
• PyTorch, scikit-learn, and production data pipeline experience
• Experience managing cloud ML infrastructure with infrastructure as code
