Senior Restaurant Tech Architect - Uptime & Standards

Five Guys is hiring a Senior Restaurant Technology Architect to own the technical architecture, standards and operational resilience of restaurant technology across the UK, France, Spain and Germany. This is a hands-on senior role, not a people-management position, reporting to the IT Director.

You will own the stability of POS, payments, networks, kiosks, digital menu boards and CCTV, review supplier designs, define rollout standards and ensure documentation and supportability before deployment.
