Senior Robotics Engineer — VLA Vision for Robotic Autonomy

Sereact is seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer for its Boston, MA R&D hub to lead the development of Vision-Language-Action models for autonomous robotics. You will bridge research and deployment, advancing foundation models and real-world robotic execution.

Key requirements include a PhD or Master’s in CS/ML/Robotics, strong publications, and deep expertise in PyTorch or JAX, Transformers, Diffusion Models, and LLMs. Collaboration with Core Robotics and Hardware teams is essential.
