Key Responsibilities: • Design enterprise-scale routing engines for real-time interactions • Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on multiple criteria • Ensure resilience, scalability, and high availability of routing paths • Design APIs for routing configuration and integration • Optimize systems for high concurrency and fault tolerance
Requirements: • 8+ years in software engineering with distributed applications • Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures • Experience with contact center routing logic and ACD concepts • Familiar with PostgreSQL and transactional design • Strong communication skills for technical documentation
