Senior Ruby Backend Engineer — Remote, Ownership

GitLab is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Ruby) to join the Plan: Spec-Driven Development team. You will own backend work across flows, APIs, and data models, using Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, and related AI gateway technologies.

You’ll collaborate with a distributed team in an all-remote environment, influence technical direction, mentor peers, and deliver major features from concept to release in short iteration cycles.
