I’m working with a bootstrapped SaaS business looking for an experienced Ruby Engineer to join their small, established team.


Tech: Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker & React

Focus: Backend-heavy, with some full-stack work

Salary: £80k–£110k DOE

Location: Central London | Hybrid


You’ll be working on a high-traffic, customer-facing platform , tackling interesting technical challenges and having a genuine impact on the product.


The business is founder-led, profitable and highly collaborative , with a strong social culture and plenty of ownership for engineers.
