Senior Rust Engineer

In this role you will strengthen the Core Trading Infrastructure by delivering robust Rust services for a high-performance trading platform. You will work within a cross-functional team focused on scalable, low-latency backend systems that power fast trade execution and data distribution. You will design and implement highly efficient, testable Rust code and help shape distributed architectures for crypto trading infrastructure. This position offers a meaningful challenge at the intersection of finance and technology, with a clear impact on platform stability and performance.

• Develop and maintain Rust-based services and frameworks
• Write clean, testable, and high-performance Rust code
• Contribute to the design of large-scale distributed system architectures
• Troubleshoot across OS, network, and application layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trading platform components

• Expertise in network services or asynchronous Rust
• Two years of production Rust experience or significant open-source contributions
• Ability to independently troubleshoot issues across the full stack
• Experience developing distributed systems
• Trading experience or experience in latency/performance-sensitive environments is a plus
