Senior SaaS Product Manager

As a Senior Data Strategist in Product, you will translate operational feedback into structured requirements. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience. The work connects customer needs, UX principles, technical depth, and measurable feature outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write concise product specifications with clear acceptance criteria
• Prioritize roadmap items by impact, complexity, and customer needs
• Run discovery with customers and internal field teams
• Scope buildable solutions with Design and Engineering
• Track releases and measure feature outcomes

Requirements:

• Three to five years managing SaaS or technical products
• Ability to structure messy operational feedback
• Strong UX principles and information architecture understanding
• Comfort learning device behavior, APIs, and alert logic
• Excellent short, direct, unambiguous communication
