Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer

Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ and govern enterprise access as a Senior Engineer in London, Canada, with hybrid in-office expectations determined by location.

Mobility Global seeks a Senior IGA Engineer with 6+ years in identity governance or IAM. The role centers on IdentityIQ applications, connectors, lifecycle events, certifications, roles, workflows, and BeanShell rules. You will support audit-ready access governance across the on-premises platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, operate, and maintain on-premises IdentityIQ
• Run access certifications and remediate exceptions
• Implement joiner-mover-leaver workflows and provisioning
• Build RBAC and ABAC roles and entitlement models
• Maintain patching, upgrades, performance, and connector reliability

Requirements:

• 6+ years in identity governance or IAM
• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience across core capabilities
• On-premises installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Java, BeanShell, SQL, and connector configuration skills
• Access certification, JML, RBAC, ABAC, and SoD knowledge
