Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer

Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ and govern enterprise access in a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location. Bring deep IAM expertise to Mobility Global.

As a Senior IGA Engineer, you will operate the on-premises IdentityIQ platform across applications, connectors, workflows, lifecycle events, and rules. The work covers access certifications, JML provisioning, RBAC and ABAC role engineering, and Segregation of Duties controls. You will also support audit evidence, platform reliability, and IdentityIQ standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, operate, and maintain on-premises IdentityIQ
• Run access certifications and remediate exceptions
• Implement joiner-mover-leaver workflows and provisioning
• Build RBAC and ABAC roles and entitlement models
• Own patching, upgrades, performance, and connector reliability

Requirements:

• Six or more years in identity governance or IAM
• Strong hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
• Experience with BeanShell, Java, SQL, and connectors
• Knowledge of certifications, JML, roles, and Segregation of Duties
• On-premises installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning experience
