In this Senior Salesforce Developer role, you will own complex Salesforce solutions end-to-end, shaping architecture, automation, integrations, and security. You’ll work within Liberis’ Salesforce team to support merchants and partners across multiple markets, driving scalable, maintainable platform improvements. The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, code review, and mentoring to raise engineering standards. You’ll collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure solutions meet real business needs and improve platform health. This is a chance to influence a growth-stage fintech platform while advancing Salesforce capabilities at scale.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools
- Own complex features end-to-end from problem understanding to release and production support
- Contribute to technical design decisions around object modelling, automation, security, sharing, integrations, and platform architecture
- Build and support Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events
- Identify risks and trade-offs early and communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Write high-quality, maintainable code and automated tests; perform code reviews to raise team capability
- Troubleshoot production issues, investigate root causes, and improve platform resilience and observability
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Operations, and other teams to ensure solutions address core business needs
- Contribute to engineering practices: Git-based development, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, testing, release management, and documentation
- Mentor other developers and admins to raise technical standards across the team
- Identify opportunities to simplify solutions, reduce technical debt, and improve platform maintainability
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with ownership of complex solutions
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL
- Strong Salesforce configuration skills (Flow, object modelling, validation rules, security, sharing)
- Experience shaping technical design and architecture decisions
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or similar
- Strong automated testing, code quality, and code review practices
- Git-based version control and modern Salesforce development/deployment practices
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical/production issues independently
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
