As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Quantcast, you will lead enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that empower Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering. You’ll shape scalable, secure architecture and drive business process automation in a fast-paced, global IT environment. - Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions to support critical business functions
- Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for complex pricing, product configuration, and quoting needs
- Serve as SME and technical advisor across Salesforce technologies
- Design advanced customizations and flows for quoting, discount approvals, renewals, subscriptions, and billing integration
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across teams
- Design and implement robust Salesforce integrations with external systems using web services and APIs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce standards to ensure quality and performance
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation strategies
- Provide strategic input on platform optimization, security, and scalability
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases (CPQ impact) and assess feature adoption
- Document technical specifications and communicate clearly to stakeholders
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments
- 1+ years direct Salesforce CPQ development experience (plus)
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II (required)
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist (strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Architect certifications (preferred)
- Advanced Salesforce development tools: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Triggers, Batch Jobs, Custom Metadata, managed packages (a bonus)
- Strong web tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON
- Salesforce DevOps experience (Git, Jenkins, Jira, Copado or Gearset)
- Experience with Omnistudio and Experience Cloud is a plus
