Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Salesforce FSC initiatives.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Work with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, and QA teams to deliver FSC solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce data using SOQL and Data Loader.
• Support data migration, data cleansing, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
• Participate in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Manage assigned deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones throughout the SDLC.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, QA, Operations, and Vendor teams.
• Support releases, implementations, change management, and production activities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with MuleSoft, Talend, ETL, Salesforce APIs, or integration technologies.
• Experience with large-scale or global Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with Wealth Management Advisor Desktop, Client 360, onboarding, householding, or financial accounts.
• Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related discipline.

Requirements

8+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services.

Strong experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Capital Markets, or related financial services.

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, configuration, and business processes.

Hands-on experience with SOQL and Salesforce Data Loader.

Experience with data validation, migration, reconciliation, and data quality.

Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and SDLC.

Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

At least one active Salesforce certification is required.
