Senior Salesforce Solutions Designer

Lead Salesforce development and configuration for Ontario’s Temporary Help Agency application, supporting maintenance and Phase 2 delivery. Work spans production support and solution design.

This senior consultant supports the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development through LTC resources. You will apply Salesforce Public Sector Foundation experience, business analysis, Agile practices, and technical leadership. The work includes collaborating with vendors, analysts, quality assurance teams, project managers, OMSB, and ministry staff. Your expertise will help sustain the implemented licensing application and extend its functionality during Phase 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily development activities on the Salesforce platform
• Configure Salesforce applications against business requirements
• Support customizations and integrations for production and Phase 2
• Analyze root causes and resolve production incidents
• Create technical, training, release, and operational documentation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of full-cycle software development experience
• 10 years developing, configuring, and testing Salesforce platforms
• Salesforce Public Sector Foundation and Service Cloud knowledge
• Experience leading Agile development teams as a technical expert
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
