Principal SAP FICO s4 Analyst, Charlotte, NC. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Solutions, ensuring seamless integration between finance and order-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud in FI and CO modules.
• Configure and customize business processes including:
• General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Revenue recognition and financial closing processes
• Cost Accounting, COPA, CCA, PC etc.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and provide best practice recommendations aligned with SAP S4 Hana standards.
• Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements.
• Manage internal resources, external vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers
• Oversee application lifecycle management, system stability, support performance, and service levels
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and public cloud restrictions (clean core principles).

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on FI and CO modules.
• At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
• Controlling Processes (CCA, PCA, COPA, PC)
• Experience with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology.
• Understanding of integration points between FI and CO.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and user experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives
• Strong understanding of IT governance, security, compliance, audit, and risk management requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Certification (FI and/ or CO)
• Experience with Central Finance or Group Reporting. xhqgsiq

• Experience working within a rapidly growing global enterprise environment
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs
