Senior SAP QA Lead Analyst

Lead SAP S/4HANA quality assurance from Calgary or remotely across Canada during MST hours, using enterprise testing and governance expertise.

Raise is hiring a Senior SAP Quality Assurance Analyst for a market-leading financial institution. The senior QA lead and Subject Matter Expert manages test delivery for an SAP S/4HANA upgrade and related enterprise projects. The work spans SAP ERP processes, integrated environments, requirements analysis, and automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide QA Analysts and manage delivery outputs
• Define risk-based testing scope with stakeholders
• Develop strategies, plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria
• Execute end-to-end testing across integrated SAP environments
• Oversee QA deliverable completeness, accuracy, and quality

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of SAP ERP, ECC, or S/4HANA experience
• 5+ years delivering SAP projects
• 2+ years of SAP upgrade testing experience
• Knowledge of FUT, SIT, regression, UAT, and smoke testing
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and mentoring skills
