Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect

Initialize IT is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to support a critical October go-live in London with hybrid work. You will provide strategic architectural guidance across modules and integrations while coordinating with HR IT leadership.

After go-live, you will stabilize the solution during hypercare, assist with historical data migration, and contribute to future Employee Central enhancements and roadmap initiatives.
