Senior SAP Support Analyst - SCM & Upgrades

Arvato Bertelsmann in Mississauga seeks an SAP Support Analyst to manage SAP incidents, draft functional specifications, and liaise between users and IT. You’ll be the first line of SAP support, addressing gaps in processes and guiding improvements.

You will contribute to end-to-end SAP project delivery, provide ongoing support, assist with upgrades, and train new hires while maintaining clear communication and follow-through across teams.
