Senior Scrum Master — Commerce Cloud (OMS/Service)

Indium is seeking a Delivery Lead to own the Core platform estate (OMS, Service Cloud, and Agentforce). You will run scrum for the Core squads on a two-week cadence, coordinating dependencies with Commerce/Storefront and ensuring end-to-end delivery across three platforms.

You will interface with product and stakeholders, manage the SOX/ITGC release train, drive continuous improvement, and maintain Jira hygiene to provide transparent status and reliable delivery.
