MaintainX is seeking a Senior SDET to build the shared testing infrastructure, AI-assisted tooling, and the quality platform used across engineering teams. You will shape testing standards and enable faster, more reliable releases.

You will collaborate with product engineering, Quality Advocates, and SRE to elevate engineering quality, reduce flaky tests, and drive adoption of AI-powered testing tools. This role emphasizes end-to-end system ownership and mentoring within the platform team.
