Overview
In this role you will design and build scalable test automation frameworks and drive high-quality software across financial services and energy client projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary engineering team, integrating UI and API automation into CI/CD pipelines and employing AI-enabled tooling to boost coverage and velocity. You’ll collaborate with engineers to promote a quality-first culture and contribute to impactful client-facing testing initiatives. This opportunity combines hands-on automation with modern tech platforms in a hybrid London-based environment.

- Design and build scalable test automation frameworks
- Develop UI and API automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Create test strategies, plans and automated scripts covering functional, integration and regression testing
- Work closely with engineers to embed a quality-first approach
- Use AI and automation tools to improve test coverage and delivery
- Strong Java coding skills
- Experience building test automation frameworks
- Strong UI and API testing experience
- Knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube and CI/CD
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalent)
- Understanding of DevOps practices and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity
