Senior Second Line Support Leader — IT Services

Hastings Direct is seeking an experienced Technology Services Leader to own Second Line Support across the organisation. This 6‑month fixed term contract requires on-site presence at Bexhill or Leicester three days per week, and offers an opportunity to shape delivery, governance and continuous improvement with a hands‑on leadership style.

You will lead a specialist Second Line Support team, ensure high‑quality incident resolution, and drive improvements while modelling the Hastings Way.
