Senior Security Architect

In this role you will lead the design and deployment of robust security practices across platforms within Agile teams, embedding security into the full software lifecycle. You will drive innovation through new technologies, mentor staff, and share security knowledge with clients and teammates. This position emphasizes leadership to develop people, manage performance, and solve complex security challenges. You will contribute to shaping secure solutions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

• Lead design and implementation of security practices across platforms and services
• Embed security across the software development lifecycle within Agile teams
• Drive innovation by applying new security technologies and approaches
• Share knowledge and educate clients and team members on security best practices
• Coach, mentor and develop staff, manage performance, and guide teams to solve complex challenges

• Proven experience in secure design and delivery of cloud services and solutions
• Identify security issues in system designs/products and recommend mitigations balancing cost, risk and usability
• Experience in security architecture, cloud, M365, AI/ML, or data disciplines
• Strong knowledge of security standards and regulations (NCSC, ISO, SoC, NIST, PCI, GDPR)
• Background in application/software or infrastructure architecture
• Hands-on experience testing security using appropriate tools
• Familiarity with Continuous Security, CI/CD practices
• Solid understanding of network security (OSI, TCP/IP), web app security (OWASP), cryptographic controls (PKI, TLS)
• Track record in mentoring and coaching team members
• Excellent communication skills to explain security to technical and non-technical stakeholders
