Senior Security Engineer, Amazon Security Automation

As a Senior Security Engineer on the NextGen Security Automation team, you will build autonomous security solutions that scale across Amazon’s ecosystem using AI/ML. You will partner with software teams to improve detection, remediation, and guardrails, strengthening Amazon’s security posture. Your work spans research, prototyping, and deploying automated security tools that protect customer data. • Research AI-powered mechanisms for scalable data and application protection
• Ensure agentic workflows deliver high-impact security value

• Programming/scripting experience and security code review in a common language
