Senior Security Operations Analyst

Lead security alert investigations at Brookfield Place, using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR across enterprise security operations. Support evolving priorities independently.

The Senior Security Analyst supports Brookfield Technology Services with day-to-day security operations and assurance. The role investigates complex incidents, administers Zscaler and Microsoft security platforms, and manages identity, vulnerability, email-security, and AI-security controls. It also supports stakeholders through operational incidents, control reviews, service requests, and security improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate alerts, gather evidence, coordinate containment, and document findings
• Manage ServiceNow incidents, approvals, requests, queues, and escalations
• Administer Zscaler access, connectivity, authentication, and policy controls
• Investigate phishing, spoofing, impersonation, and account compromise
• Participate in scheduled after-hours information security on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Five or more years in information security or related disciplines
• Hands-on incident investigation experience using ServiceNow or equivalent
• Experience administering enterprise security technologies and policy changes
• Knowledge of Zscaler, Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Entra ID
• Strong documentation, communication, analytical judgment, and coordination skills
