Senior Security Principal, Identity Security

In this senior role you will shape identity security strategy and governance across complex, regulated environments. You’ll drive design and engineering excellence for IAM capabilities, collaborating with cybersecurity, cloud, and business teams. You will implement secure identity solutions to reduce risk and enable enterprise transformation. This position offers impact at scale within a mission-focused technology organization.

• Define and drive identity security strategy, architecture, governance, and engineering excellence across enterprise environments
• Lead initiatives spanning Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, PAM, identity governance, authentication technologies, workload identities, and certificate services
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, application, and business stakeholders to design and implement secure identity solutions
• Reduce risk and strengthen access controls to support enterprise transformation programmes

• Extensive experience in identity and access management, identity security, cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or related field
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise IAM environments
• Experience leading identity security initiatives, architecture reviews, and transformation programmes in large-scale organisations
• Strong ability to influence security outcomes across complex enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, privileged access management, Conditional Access, and modern authentication technologies
• Experience with federation, SSO, application identity, and identity lifecycle management
• Understanding of MFA, FIDO2, Windows Hello for Business, certificate-based authentication, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Knowledge of PKI, certificate services, trust models, and certificate lifecycle management
• Experience investigating identity security incidents and using Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Identity, or similar platforms
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership capabilities
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence cross-functional teams
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK security clearance
